Mat Pilates

We offer weekly classes for all abilities, including a 6 week beginners course. Pilates is a gentle but powerful approach to strengthening and stabilising the whole body. A consistent practice will improve your balance, increase flexibility and promote a strong mind/body connection. Understanding how your body moves as a whole will bring you greater efficiency of movement and leave you feeling tall and strong!

Chair Pilates

Suited to those who are less mobile, struggle with balance or recovering from injury. Chair Pilates is a fantastic way to work on all the key elements of Pilates (Alignment, Breath, Core, Centering, Concentration, Balance and Flow) all from the comfort of a chair. Exercises can be progressed or adapted accordingly depending on individual needs.

Cardiolates

Cardiolates is our unique exercise class where you get to experience the benefits of two workout styles in one class…a low-impact cardio class and a Pilates class rolled into one. The cardio section requires no jumping at all so it’s great for hips, knees and ankles! Routines are simple so you can focus purely on great technique and building up a sweat to our funky playlist. Round 2 is 30 mins of mat-based Pilates conditioning and stretching to leave you feeling fully charged and balanced.

To really deepen your practice, or, if you are a beginner, 1:1 gives you a solid understanding of the basics and fundamentals of Pilates. Try a private lesson at your house, Fairy-Lou will tailor your lesson to empower you and give you confidence in your body & movement.
