Online Pilates
Discover the perfect balance of strength, flexibility and mindfulness with our online pilates classes. Our virtual sessions bring professional instruction right to your home, allowing you to workout at your convenience. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, build strength or release stress, our classes fit seamlessly into your schedule
Mat Pilates
We offer weekly classes for all abilities, including a 6-week beginners course. Pilates is a gentle but powerful approach to strengthening and stabilising the whole body. A consistent practice will improve balance, increase flexibility and promote a strong mind/body connection. Understanding how your body moves as a whole will bring you greater efficiency of movement and leave you feeling tall and strong!
Chair Pilates
Suited to those who are less mobile, struggle with balance or recovering from injury. Chair Pilates is a fantastic way to work on all the key elements of Pilates (Alignment, Breath, Core, Centering, Concentration, Balance and Flow) all from the comfort of a chair. Exercises can be progressed or adapted accordingly depending on individual needs.
