The Empowerhouse was born from a desire to help people feel that they are capable of doing ‘something’ for their health and wellbeing. To Empower people, regardless of age, size or ability. There is room for everyone at The Empowerhouse and we are here to share our knowledge, information, ideas and skills with you to help you lead a fitter, healthier, happier life. By learning to weave little bits of activity and relaxation into daily life, however small, we can promote a sense of progress and achievement. Here at The Empowerhouse we lift each other up, support each other, celebrate the positive and shake off the negative!
Who is Fairy-Lou Gambell?
Founder of The Empowerhouse. Born and bred in beautiful Hertfordshire with a few detours along the way to travel the world and discover her purpose in life!
Fairy has spent 15 years massaging and teaching Pilates and Exercise to Music since 2016. She has since qualified in GP Exercise Referral, Pilates For Low Back Pain and Pilates for Older Adults.
The Empowerhouse has been Fairy’s way to empower herself by learning about the mind and body connection, getting qualified to teach, weaving the business around family life and slowly bringing her dream to fruition. x
